Well, some projects are more of a challenge than others. They test your resolve. Make you question your core beliefs. And, push the boundary between effort and reward. This was the case with Vehicle Fortress II. We accepted the project even though the initial phase was outside of our core process. Phase A was delivered using CM @ Risk with an open book and a guaranteed maximum price. Phase B would be completed using our core integrated services philosophy. After (36) months of intense work managing permit delays, easement vacation, relocation of FP+L power, the wettest year in over a decade, labor availability and quality control challenges, we are proud to say the project was delivered under our control budget and with a high degree of quality. ​
