THE FOUNDING PARTNERS - DEDICATED to YOU
BRANDON PHILPOT is an architect and licensed general contractor with 30 + years in the industry. His demonstrated experience in the areas of architecture, construction, and development make him an expert in orchestrating the numerous phases of design and construction. He’s been an advocate for design+build his entire career and he continues to pursue his passion with studioPLPV by breaking with the traditional roles of architecture and construction. Instead of building walls between industry disciplines, he seeks to bridge the gaps and build continuity. Each day, he continues to develop his craft and sharpen his methodology. Architecture and construction are an integral part of his thought process and the foundation of studioPLPV. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan.

BOBBIE ECKERT is a devoted construction professional with an uncommon ability to understand the complexities of the day-to-day operations of construction. Her experience is based on 30 + years of working side by side with some of the most advanced architecture and construction companies in existence today. Her experience is broad and uncommon for the industry. She’s a skilled superintendent and project manager, while also an expert in pre-construction and project costing. She is detailed oriented and understands what’s behind the wall is just as important as what you see from the outside. It’s an understanding that’s acquired and honed by working on complex healthcare projects, sports venues, hospitality projects, K12, institutional and multi-family projects totaling over 1.25 billion. That’s a big number and represents some fantastic work. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati.
